Eléments biographiques

Navid Kermani fit des études d’islamologie, de philosophie et de théâtre à Cologne, au Caire, et à Bonn. Il a soutenu une thèse à la Rheinische Friedrich Wilhelms de l’Université de Bonn sur l’esthétique de la réception dans le Coran. En 2005, il a obtenu son "Habilitation" de recherche.
